Un copil, la gradinita, incearca sa isi incalte cizmulitele. Pentru ca nu se descurca, a cerut ajutor educatoarei.
Cu tot trasul si impinsul, cizmulitele nu voiau nicidecum sa intre. Pana cand a reusit totusi sa il incalte, educatoarei i-au aparut broboane de transpiratie pe frunte. De aceea aproape ca i-au dat lacrimile cand copilul i-a zis: "Doamna, dar sunt puse invels..." Intr-adevar, erau pe picior gresit...
Nu a fost cu nimic mai usor sa ii scoata cizmulitele decat sa i le puna, totusi a reusit sa isi pastreze calmul pana cand iar cizmulitele erau incaltate, tot cu sudoare pe frunte, dar de data aceasta asa cum trebuia. Insa atunci baietelul a zis: "Cizmulitele astea nu sunt ale mele!!" In loc sa strige la el:"De ce nu mi-ai spus??" educatoarea si-a muscat buza si inca o data s-a chinuit sa il descalte.
Cand s-a terminat chinul descaltatului, baietelul i-a spus: "Sunt cizmulitele flatelui meu. Mama mi-a zis sa le incalt pe astea azi." Acum ea nu mai stia ce sa faca...Sa planga sau sa rada? A reusit totusi sa stranga suficienta rabdare pentru a se lupta din nou cu cizmulitele. Cand, in sfarsit, l-a incaltat, inainte de a-l trimite afara la joaca, l-a intrebat: "Si acum, unde iti sunt manusile?Trebuie sa ti le pun in maini ca sa poti pleca afara!" Raspunsul? "Le-am bagat in cizmulite ca sa nu le pield..."

In perioada 01-06 decembrie, Scoala cu clasele I-VIII „Ioan Voda cel Viteaz” Slobozia-Ciorasti, prin reprezentantii sai, inst. Mihaela Cornienco si inv. Daniela Hriscu, a participat la prima mobilitate din cadrul parteneriatului multilateral COMENIUS „Heidi’s education adventure”, avand sprijin financiar din partea Agentiei Nationale Pentru Programe Comunitare In Domeniul Educatiei Si Formarii Profesionale (ANPCDEFP), Programul de invatare pe tot parcursul vietii (Lifelong Learning Programm). Alaturi de alte 4 tari (Turcia – coordonator, Slovacia, Polonia si Italia) cadrele didactice si elevii vor avea parte de un schimb interesant de idei, experienta încercând sa găsească impreuna solutii problemelor comune ce au stat la baza pornirii parteneriatului: obstacolele intampinate de elevii ce provin din scoli rurale, mediu familial sărac, care merg sa-si continue studiile in oraşe fiind astfel nevoiţi sa se acomodeze la o lume noua , lucru ce s-a dovedit a fi un prag psihologic greu de trecut pentru ei. Asemenea lui Heidi, faimosul personaj al Johannei Spiry, ei trebuie sa urmeze o adevărata aventura educaţionala pana la finalizarea educaţiei personale. In acest context, Programul Comenius a fost iniţiat si lansat de Uniunea Europeana ca program comunitar de cooperare transnationala in domeniul educatiei scolare, reprezentand o investitie directa in procesul de pregatire a unei Europe consolidate pe valori comune si deschise provocarilor mileniului al III-lea.

The headline of project:
HEIDI’S EDUCATION ADVENTURE
Heidi (Johanna Spyri)
Heidi is a provincial girl, living with her grandfather in a small hut in Switzerland Alps and she is honest, peace herself, loving nature and animals. Heidi was walking around countryside with her lazy dog and close friend Peter for all days. Then her grandfather sent Heidi to big city for taking well –education. There Heidi stayed with rich family but Heidi was coerced into getting used to city life and she was continuously remembering her village and what she did in village .She was missing her grandfather and Peter so much. Yet in spite of this she faced up to all kinds of difficulties and she continued to live in city for a long time for the purpose of education.
Students, growing up in small town like Heidi, usually have to go city in order to complete their education and there they faced to so many difficulties. For this reason we find acceptable to give the name of “Heidi’s Education Adventure” to our project.

Project: The problems of students, going to center places from their small town school for education.

General goal: Being stabilized problems of which town student has faced during Teaching-Education process and being found ways of solution.

Special goals:
a- Students:
I. To get knowledge about problems which students, going to center or another city, face to and to pass through this process without any damage.
II. To see similar problems are present in different cultures and different countries.
III. To put into practice foreign language which they are learning now.
IV. To provide personal development and feeling of succeed, increasing motivation and feeling of well being.
b- Teachers:
I. They need to know necessary strategy in order to prepare them to this situation before they face to problems.
II. Teacher need to perceive students’ problems more easily and determine their approaches according to problematic process.
III. Being acquired new skills related to both personal and Professional life such as; communication and presentation skills, creativity, cooperation, to determine and to solve problem, group work.

c- School:
I. To benefit from increasing motivation of students and teachers with harmonious increase at the levels of students’ interest and success.
II. To find common solution to the problems, being shared and to see different application at different kinds of European Schools.
III. To encourage application and approaches of solving problems in the scope of all schools.

d- Environment:
I. Firstly families need to provide psychological support and know about problems which their children face in education process.
II. Families,- with students and teachers- to have opportunity of broadening their horizon by meeting different countries, cultures and forms of thought.
III. In the scope of Project, being provided School Corporation, municipality, nongovernmental organizations and support of mass-media.

e- The Europe Side (Partners)
I. The recognitions of the common problem’s reflections in different countries
II. The production of solutions to common problems in Europe side and sharing these solutions by evaluating together
III. For different cultures, knowing each other and building a culture mosaic.

Ø Partnership summary
The project deals with the problems of students coming from suburbs to city centres for high school education. Although it is known that the pupils in suburbs have many problems when they go to city centre in order to go on their education, they are sent without taking any precaution. It is determined that the countries we work together in this project have the similar problems. The aim of this project is to find solutions to these problems by adding parents, pupils, teachers, local and school managements, public organizations, the association of school and family membership to the process. During this period, the questionnaire, home visits, students’ exchange and interview will be used to get information about the problems. An evaluation will be done according to the data we get. A demonstration and dramatization will be presented to help them to recognize the problems. A seminar will be prepared to all related institutions. After all these implementations, a bulletin and brochure will be designed as products. Thanks to this project, it is aimed to promote intercultural dialogue apart from finding solutions to these problems.

Ø Why does your institution want to take part in European cooperation activities such as this Partnership?

Ø To define and help to solve the problems of students when they change their school for high school.
Ø To encourage the pupils and staff learning modern foreign languages.
Ø To promote intercultural dialogue.
Ø To help parents be conscious about the importance of high school education.
Ø To improve the quality of education.
Ø To get different institutions (NGOs, local community, school managements, parents etc. ) to work together for a common object.
Ø To increase the volume of partnerships between schools

Activities:
During this project;
To make a questionnaire and an interview to the students attending school in suburbs about their expectations from education which they will face when they go to center schools, as for students, continuing to their education in center schools and have gone to center from suburbs about how far their expectations are met,
To give seminars to the students educated in suburbs and their parents about the difficulties, problems and their solutions,
To arrange conferences being told success stories of people who had started their education in suburbs and continued in centers,
To provide scholarship to the successful students.

The activities that are going to be applied are done with common sense by being spread to the period of project covering 2008-2010. Every country doesn’t have to make each activity. In the first project meeting, partners explain the activities which they can apply in their own countries.
The partners who come together in project meeting share the works and the data which they obtain. At the end of the project period, all data are collected and common results are published by evaluating.

- 8 – 12 decembrie 2008 – luna cadourilor – crearea sau scrierea de felicitari pe care sa o trimita cuiva drag prin serviciul de posta clasica si nu pe internet (elevii vor descoperri astfel farmecul, valoarea si originalitatea mult mai mare a unei felicitari concrete decat a uneia virtuale, care nu exista ca atare)

La commune Slobozia Ciorasti a une ancienneté de 490 d’années, d’après les documents qu’il y a dans les archives du village. Entre les années 1874-1876 la commune s’unifiait à Golesti, ayant la résidence à Slobozia Ciorasti. Jusqu’en 1926 le village Oreavu a appartenu à cette commune et après ça il est entré dans la commune Gugesti qui était réçamment constituée. Gheorghe Moldoveanu a écrit dans le livre Noms des lieux de la valée de Milcov : “ Milcov a été jusqu’en 1859 une région de frontière qui avait une population multiethnique, un peu stable. Ici se réfugiaient ceux du centre du pays qui essayaient d’échapper du payement des impôts et au cas où ils étaient en danger ils pouvaient fuir en Valachie. Probablement que c’est ainsi qu’on explique le grand nombre des gens “libres (slobozi)” de cette région. En 1864, après la distribution des terres aux paysans, quelques gens qui habitaient à la montagne (les montagnards = mocani) ou sur les collines (cojani) ont eu la possibilité de prendre de la terre au champ et des fois ils venaient habiter dans les villages près de ces terres. C’est ainsi qu’ils se sont créés les noms de Mocani et Cojani pour les deux parties du village Slobozia Ciorasti ou bien Mocaneasa et Cojeneasa pour les parties de la terre où il y avaient les propriétés des « Mocani » (montagnards) ou des « Cojani » (les gens qui habitaient sur des collines).
Le village Jiliste a une importance particulière. Dans la vieille langue roumaine le mot “jiliste” signifiait “habitation, lieu où on pouvait loger” (cf. le Dictionnaire de la Vieille Langue Roumaine - du fin du X-è siècle et jusqu’au début du XVI-è siècle, G. Mihaila, Bucuresti, 1974).
Le 24 avril 1574 Ioan Voda le Brave a obtenu à Jiliste une victoire importante contre les turcs. Là il y a aujourd’hui un buste du voïvode et un petit musé. Chaque année le 24 avril la communauté locale, les élèves de l’école “Ioan Voda le Brave” et l’Association des Vétérans de la Guerre Mondiale de Focsani rendent hommage au voïvode moldave.
Après 1870 les gens apportés par le boyard Simionovici pou travailler la terre ont fondé le village Armeni. Ce mot provient du nom de ce propriétaire qui était d’origine arménienne.

Position géographique : La commune Slobozia Ciorasti est située dans la plaine du département de Vrancea
Les voisins : au nord-est il y a la commune Milcov; au nord il y a la ville de Focsani; au nord-ouest il y a la commune de Golesti; à l’ouest il y a les communes Urechesti et Cotesti; au sud-ouest il y a la commune Gugesti et au sud-est la commune Tataranu

Voies routières :
De Focsani on a l’acces dans la commune sur la route DJ 205C qui se détache de DN2 Focsani-Bucuresti à la sortie de la commune de Golesti.
On fiat la liaison entre le village Slobozia Ciorasti et Armeni par DJ204F. On peut arriver dans la commune en suivant DN2 et puis DC49.

Le cadre naturel
Située dans une région de plaine la commune Slobozia Ciorasti est traversée par le ruisseau Ramna sur 12 km à partir d’Oreavu jusqu’au village Gologanu. La rivière Ramna a dans le périmètre de la commune plusieures méandres dans lesquelles elle dépose des grandes quantités d’alluvions apportées des collines estiques qu’elle traverse.
La rivière Milcov traverse le territoire de la commune sur 8 km à partir de Golesti jusqu’à la limite avec la commune Milcov. Les deux rives ont un caractère torrentiel pendant les forts limons quand ils débordent et inondent mais pendant les années de sécheresse ils réduisent leurs débit jusqu’à l’asséchement.
Des fois il coule sur le territoire de la commune le ruisseau Argint qui se crée à cause de précipitations abundentes. Parfois en printemps après la fonte des neiges il innonde les terrains de cette région.
Le niveau de l’eau souterrain est à 1m de profondeur dans la zone d’est du village Slobozia Ciorasti et à 4-6m dans le reste de la commune.
Les vents qui sont caractéristiques pour cette région sont le vent du nord (Crivatul) et le vent du sud (Baltaretul).
Le relief plan de cette agglomération rurale a une petite inclination du NO au SE à partir des côtes absolues de +65m jusqu’à +40m. L’altitude moyenne de la localité est de 60m. Dans la région du lit de la rivière Ramna la côte descend avec 5-6m.
Du point de vue géologique le périmètre de la commune est placé sur des formations quaternaires crées d’une succession de dépôts loessoides la grosseur desquels arrives à 10-12m. Ces dépôts sont constitués d’argiles poussiéreuses, de la poussière argileuse, du sable poussiéreux jaune et des macrosporiques sensibles à l’humectation.
À cause du niveau élevé des eaux souterrains (1m), dans la région estique du village Slobozia Ciorasti les terrains sont considérées “faibles” du point de vue de l’emplacement des bâtiments.
Du point de vue de l’age les formations mentionnées appartiennent au qaternaire supérieur.
La région du lit du ruisseau Ramna contient des formations alluvionnaires (de l’Halocène supérieur - formées de l’argile, de la bourbe, du sable et du gravier).
Conformément à STAS 11100/1-77 le périmètre de la commune se situe dans la zone du degré 8 ou bien 9 de sismicité.
Les richesses naturelles :
La principale richesse de la commune est le fond foncier agricole, la superficie arable duquel est 88%. La terre est d’une très bonne qualité (des tchernozioms noirs). On peut l’utiliser pour des cultures qui produisent des céréales (du blé et du maïs) mais aussi des plantes techniques (du tournesol et de la betterave à sucre).

Les objectifs socio-culturels:
La commune Slobozia Ciorasti a une école aux classes I-VIII, une école aux classes I-IV et deux écoles maternelles où il y a 270 enfants et écoliers.
Le numéro des cadres didactiques est 14 parmi lesquels 2 habitent dans la commune. Il y a aussi un foyer culturel, une bibliothèque communale qui a environ 6000 livres, un dispensaire humain qui a un médecin et 2 assistents, un dispensaire vétérinaire et deux offices postals.
80% des habitants ont des appareils radio et de télévision, 20% ont un téléphone, 20% ont un abonament à un journal ou à une revue.

Les éléments démographiques et sociaux:
En 2002 la commune avait 2095 habitants parmi lesquels il y avait 983 hommes et 1112 femmes.La structure de la population sur les groupes d’âge montre un niveau accentué de vieillissement démographique et un petit nombre des gens âgés de 30 à 40 ans. Ça c’est la conséquence directe des migrations massives de la population pendant les années 1970-1980.

Slobozia-Ciorasti is an 490 years old commune, according to the documents from the village’s archives.
Between 1874-1876 this commune was united to Golesti, having the residence at Slobozia Ciorasti. By the year 1926 the village Oreavu belonged to this commune and after that to the newly constituted commune Gugesti. Gheorghe Moldoveanu wrote in Names of the places in the Milcov Valley: “By 1859 Milcov was a border region with a multi-ethnical little stable population. Here used to hide the people who lived in the middle of the country and wanted to get rid of the taxes. If there was any danger they could run away in Wallachia. Probably this is the explanation of the big number of the “free people” (“slobozi”) in this region. After the land reform in 1864 some of the mountain inhabitants (the highlanders = mocani) and hill inhabitants (cojani) were put in possession of land in the plain region of the country. Thus they decided to live in the villages near their land. This is how the names Mocani and Cojani appeared. They represent the two parts of the village Slobozia Ciorasti. Mocaneasca and Cojeneasca are the land estates of these two categories of people.
The village Jiliste has a great importance. In old Romanian language the word jiliste ment “dwelling, a place to live” (Old Romanian Language Dictionary - the end of the 10th century - the beginning of the 16th century, G. Mihaila, Bucharest, 1974).
On the 24th of April 1574 Ioan Voda the Brave obtained an important victory against the Turks at Jiliste. Now there is a bust of the voivode and a little museum. Every year on the 24th of April the local community, the school children and the Second World War Ex-servicemen Association in Focsani pay a tribute to the Moldavian voivode.
The village Armeni was set up after the year 1870 by the people brought here by the boyar Simionovici in order to till the land. The word Armeni derives from the Armenin origin of this landowner.

You can ride from Focsani to Slobozia Ciorasti on DN2 Focsani-Bucharest and after getting out of the commune Golesti on DJ205C.
The leading between Slobozia Ciorasti and Armeni is made by the road DJ204F. You may also ride on DN2 and then on DC49 to get to this commune.

The environment:
Situated on a plain region the commune Slobozia Ciorasti is crossed by Ramana vivulet on a distance of 12 km (from Oreavu to the village Gologanu). In the commune’s area the river Ramna has some meanders in which it deposits large quantities of alluvia brought from the East hills it crosses over.
The river Milcov crosses over the commune’s area on a distance of 8 km (from Golesti to the boundary with the commune Milcov). Both rivers have a torrential character during the high floods when it overflows. During the droughty years these rivers reduce their flow and drain.
From times to times, after an big rainfall, it appears the rivulet Argint. Sometimes in spring, after the thaw, this rivulet floods the plots of land in its area. The underground watermark is 1m deep in the East part of Slobozia Ciorasti and 4-6m deep in the rest of the commune.
In this region it blows the north wind and the warm wind.
The plane relief of this settlement has a slight inclination from NW to SE from the absolute heights of +65m down to +40m. The medium altitude of this place is 60m high. In the part of the Ramna riverbed the haight goes down with 5-6m.
From the geological point of view the commune’s area lies on quaternaire formations made up of a succession of loessoid stacks thick of 10-12m. These stacks are made up of dusty clay, clayey dust and dusty yellow macrosporic sand which maz be sensitive at moistening.
Because of the high water level (1m) in the East part of Slobozia Ciorasti the plots of land are said to be “weak” (from the the building point of view).
The mentioned formations belong to the superior quaternaire.
Ramna riverbed’s area has alluviation formations from the superior Halocen made up of clay, silt, sand and gravel.
In accordance with STAS 11100/1-77 the commune’s area is situated in the region of the 8th grade up to the 9th grade of seismicity.

Natural wealth:
The main wealth of this commune is the agricultural land fund, 88% of it being the arable area, a high quality land (black earth) good for bread grains (wheat and corn) and also for the technical plants (sunflower and sugar beet).

Socio-cultural objectives:
The commune Slobozia Ciorasti has one I-VIIIth classes school, one I-IV classes school and two kindergardens where 270 preschoolchildren and pupils learn.
There are 22 teachers, two of living in this commune. There is also a house of culture, a library with about 6000 books, a human village surgery with a doctor and two assistants, a veterinary village surgery and two Post Offices.
80% of the population has a radio, 20% a telephone and 20% a subscription at a newspaper or a magazine.
